Small Business Saturday | Today is all about Small Business Saturday. Being a business owner is very rewarding and is also hard work. Since starting up on my own last year, I do my best to help to support other small businesses.
Did you know that you can support a small business without even buying from them? Here are my 3 tips for helping out and showing your support, even though you may not buy anything.
1. When you see a social media post, give it a little like, share it if it resonates, drop a nice comment. Show it some love. Why? It really does help and audience reach is shrinking.
2. Tell the world – Don’t keep it a secret. Tell everyone. And by everyone, I really do mean everyone.
3. Buy, Buy, Buy!
When, and if you can buy from the teeny, tiny, local small business. Our local economy relies (heavily without you realising it) on the local traders staying in business. Because we are the ones more likely to keep our earnings local.
