International Day of Happiness | Today is the International Day of Happiness and this year’s theme is ‘Happier Together’. I know in these current uncertain times, it can be difficult to know what to do…so we are trying to focus on what we have in common, rather than what divides us. The common theme we will choose will be kindness.
I have spent this week chatting to my clients that are pregnant and are about to have their little one. People are having to make BIG changes and just taking each day is it comes.
If you are currently pregnant, have recently had a baby and are looking for any support in any way shape or form OR if you would like to help each other – LET’S DO IT!
After you have had your little one you naturally want to go out and meet people that are in the same situation and at present this is sadly unavailable.
I was thinking of setting up a group of mums that are expecting or have recently had a baby and we can all help each other in the following way; if you just need a cheery voice via a telephone call, any baby items that you are unable to get, a message anything – please DO get involved.
All you need to do is private message us/comment below/e-mail if you need anything. We can all help each other in the coming weeks.
OR if you are not self-isolating and are looking to HELP your local community – the form attached can be printed and posted through your neighbour’s door.
