‘This is my second baby. With my first I was concerned with how people would see me as a mum. I was younger then and afraid of judgement.
With this baby I’m much more confident in myself as a mum and as an individual. Don’t lose yourself as your family grows. Grow with it ❤‘. Natalya, Glasgow.
🌸Here are our top three plus points of being pregnant – please share yours below🌸
1. Feeling a bit special – people stopping and chatting to you about your bump
2. Your liver is getting a good detox and no hangovers
3. Shinier, thicker hair – you lose less hair when you are pregnant

Documenting your bump to baby journey with an adorable sequence is such a lovely thing to look back on. Here is how to do it..
What is it? A sequence of your ‘bump to baby’ photos from week 12 to week 40 that you have taken with your Smartphone.
Time-lapse is the photographic technique of taking a sequence of frames at set intervals to record changes that take place slowly over time. When the frames are shown at normal speed the action seems much faster.
Quite ironic really isn’t it? I know that most of you will be reading this thinking that your pregnancy feels like it has lasted more than nine months! Especially if you are in your third trimester, where time seems to stand still. You may not feel like it now but you might miss your bump after you have had your little one.
TIP 1: Check your Camera Settings via your Smartphone You may already have this as a setting already. If not, find an app that you like and get to work.
TIP 2: Be consistent
Consistent with what you wear
When you take the picture – same time of day and the frequency e.g weekly etc
Where you take the picture
How you take the picture
TIP 3: Accessorise
Add a board with letters – to note how you felt each week or write something funny to remind you of how you felt
