BEFORE AND AFTER | Introducing baby Hallie, just ten days old here 😍.
Hallie’s mummy booked up for her Newborn Photography Experience and was unable to come along due to current circumstances. However, this was not going to stop us from getting some gorgeous images of Hallie under ten days old.
We connected via Zoom Video Communications and daddy took some images of his baby daughter (on the left). The images were then edited (one of the images edited on the right) and I am really looking forward to meeting the new family of three for a milestone session in the near future.
Thanks to all of my lovely clients that have been patient and kind. I really appreciate that you are going with the flow (due to the situation).

Baby Callum
Baby Caleb – just days old here with two butterflies that his mummy and daddy brought along to their Newborn Photography Experience at Laura Joy Photography.
‘Experiencing two miscarriages we were especially keen to capture Caleb within the first week of his life to treasure these special moments and we agreed it would be a good idea for our two butterflies to lay beside Caleb as they are his elder siblings and we feel it brought them all closer together. People used to tell us at the time of the miscarriages that it was the world telling us it wasn’t the right time or they were preparing the womb for the next baby. We are forever grateful for our babies and feel so thankful and blessed Caleb is here and healthy because of them. We will treasure this picture forever and not a day goes by that we don’t think about them and who they would of been.’ Gemma 🌸

Curled up and cosy | Meet Oliver, just days old 😍. During the first few weeks, you’ll notice that your baby will tend to keep their wee arms and legs held close to the front of his or her body. This position is similar to the fetal position. We like to capture these gorgeous curled up images for you to keep as precious memories of your newborn.
