Hypnobirthing – what is it?

Hypnobirthing | What is it? Hypnobirthing involves using a mixture of visualisation, relaxation and deep breathing techniques during labour and birth.

This week we will be giving you several positive affirmations related to YOUR mindset, YOUR birth and YOUR body from Hypnobumps – a qualified practicing midwife and a KG Hypnobirthing Teacher.

Please use each positive affirmation as an extra tool to support YOUR visualisation of YOUR birth. Why?…because the best way to create¬†detail and enhance the quality of your visualisation is to picture and describe the affirmation using all of your senses. Try to keep adding in more detail.


Each positive affirmation will help you by encouraging positive thinking and giving you a fresh start on how to RETHINK BIRTH.
